Stephen Dean served as LMC representative for Manchester GP Registrars between March and July 1996 before being elected as an LMC Member in February 1998.  He was elected as Hon. Treasurer in September 2002.

Stephen is a principal in a 4 partner teaching practice and a GP trainer at Five Oaks Family Practice, Beswick, where he has worked for the last 5 years. Currently the Practice has two GP registrars, a GP retainee and a salaried GP.

Stephen lives in Edenfield with his wife Lisa and has 3 young children. He enjoys family life and is rekindling his childhood pastime of learning to play the piano.
